I, Twillin, do declare:

Swimming fully clothed must never be discouraged or forbidden, for in swimming fully clothed; we fulfill the magical, true purpose of clothes in life.

No clothing shall be banned from being utterly soaked!

Just as gravity has laws it must follow, so too must clothes obey their law: to be forever soaking wet!

Swim fully clothed and be the dream of joy for all clothes—to be forever soaked!

I will also add:

The water we jump into is the bringer of life but can also take it away and we must respect the power of the water within our clothes and know our own limits.

Teach and encourage others the wonders of soaking wet clothes. Share new ideas and adventures into the Wacky Wet World forums for all to learn and enjoy.

LONG LIVE SOAKING WET CLOTHES, FOREVER!
