PERFECT !! I am already 'voluntarily' following this constitution already, and encourage all others to similarly do so. I cannot wait to see this become official, with lots of photos . . . I will volunteer to be in those! So, yes indeed, "get dressed and be soaking wet all day" is my motto - so I will always obey the law.
